The Duke and Duchess of Sussex, Harry and Meghan welcomed their cute bundle of joy on May 6th, 2019. The royal couple announced the birth of their baby boy in the sweetest manner possible.

And here is the first glimpse of Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor! Isn’t he adorable?

Now, Mumbai’s amazing and efficient Dabbawallas are planning to send the cutie some thoughtful gifts that are resonant with Indian culture. Check it out.

The Mumbai Mirror quoted Subhash Talekar, spokesperson of the Mumbai Dabbawala Association, saying,

“According to the Maharashtrian tradition, a grandfather gifts a kamarpatta (waistband) and anklet bands on the birth of a boy and we’ll be following the tradition and gifting the same to baby Archie.”

According to DNA India, they will be sending other silver items to the royal baby.

“For the necklace, we have added an idol of Lord Hanuman. He is the symbol of strength and intellect. We want Archie to absorb these characteristics, hence Hanuman.”

Archie’s parents have decided against giving him a royal title (Earl or Lord) but he sure is one really lucky and really loved baby, don’t you think?
