There’s music for every possible mood. And during the pandemic, it is also a great way to lift spirits and share joy with the world. This unusual singing duo is doing just that.
According to HuffPost, Tate Hegstrom who works at a hospital in Colorado decided to spread some positivity through music. And his 3-year-old husky, Kovu, decided to howl (read: sing) along to the tunes of Jason Mraz’s “I’m Yours”.
The pet owner was quoted saying,
“All it takes is a little motivation, and he hops right in. I’ll spend 12 hours in the hospital, and when you come home after a long day and he gives you one of the big ol’ howls, it is something special.”
“Any sort of appreciation people can show online is helpful, including donating to hospitals, donating food, or sending cards.”
Hindustan Times reports that their earlier duet featuring Bill Withers’ “Lean on Me” went viral last week.
People showered praises on the singing duo as well as their cause of supporting healthcare professionals.
Aren’t they absolutely adorable?
