Kangana Talks About How The Meaning Of ‘Valentine’ Has Changed For Her Over The Years

Kangana Ranaut has struggled a lot through life and whatever she is today is all because of her belief in herself. She hails from a small town in Himachal Pradesh and coming to Bollywood was a dream come true for this small town girl. She made her debut in Mahesh Bhatt’s ‘Gangster’ at the age of 19, and even won a Filmfare award for the best debut actress! This beautiful diva aspired to become a doctor but destiny had something else in store for her.

Kangana is unapologetically herself and we love her for her blunt self. In a recent interview with Bombay Times, Kangana talks about ‘pure love’ and here is what she has to say.

Kangana talks about how love is difficult to define and how she has found ‘a pure love which sets you free.’

“I am in a relationship like that. It has already happened to me.”

Well, we are all curious to know about this secret lover boy!

 

She also spoke about heartbreaks and how it takes her only a week to get over a relationship, even if it was a long-term one. She believes, in a relationship, one should give all his heart and if it doesn’t work out, it’s best to get out of it!

“Well, I am very blessed. I tend to get over it really quickly!”

“When I am in a relationship, I am really into it, but when it’s over, I never look back. I have a record of never going back to my exes, never meeting them again. All my exes want to get back with me, that’s also a record I hold.”

Kangana says that over time the meaning of Valentine’s Day has changed for her. She says that…

“When I was younger, it meant a lot more. Now I don’t think it holds as much significance; you don’t wait for a Valentine to propose to you. In our age group, it unfolds differently.”

Seriously, why is valentine’s such a big deal?

 

Oh! And Kangana did spill some beans on her plans to get hitched and we couldn’t be more excited!

“I want to get married this year and hopefully, it should happen.”
