3. Right from the professors to the peons, everybody wants to know why you chose this field

Because I can & because why not?

 

4. You are considered the damsel in distress 😐

And you get more than enough help for the lab work, workshop etc.

 

5. You are assumed to be the most studious person of the class

But why? I too want to bunk classes.

 

6. Nobody believes you when you say you’re a backbencher

And the professors won’t even let you sit on the back benches in peace.

 

7. Suddenly the whole college knows you

Classmates, batch-mates, seniors, super seniors, people from other branches, get in line.

And it is through them that you start to know other girls.

Which is not a very good thing if you are the backbencher kind of girl.

Mostly, they never approach.
