4 YO Pune Boy Stuns Everyone With His Art Talent, His Paintings Sell For Thousands Of Dollars

Art and creativity is not bound by age or numbers it is just that which sets our soul free. While many of us know artists and artworks that stir something within us how many of us can say that little kids are able to produce that kind of emotions.

This 4-year-old child prodigy, Advait Kolarkar from Pune is somewhat of a genius. He has already created a buzz in the art world and is actually selling his paintings for thousands of dollars.

According to NDTV, the preschooler moved with his family to  New Brunswick, Canada, in 2016 and is the youngest artist in the history of the Canadian city’s Saint John Arts Centre to have a solo exhibition. Amazing right?!

Advait’s inspiration is galaxies, dinosaurs and dragons and it reflects in his paintings. His work was even displayed at the ArtExpo in New York – the world’s largest fine art trade show.

According to Vancouver Sun, Advait’s mom, Shruti Kolarkar, a commercial artist said that he picked up his first paintbrush when he was only a year old. She said,

“He was creating something, not just playing with colours. He had a sense of composition and colour.”

At the expo Advait’s booth drew massive crowds and noting that she added that it was a proud moment for her especially seeing that such renowned artists were there too. According to CTV News, Advait’s first solo exhibition was called ‘Colour Blizzard’ and the paintings sold for as much as $2,000 (over Rs. 1.3 lakhs).
