What is the first thing that comes to your mind when you think of your first date? There is the excitement of-course, and a little nervousness thinking how would it turn out to be. But, then there is also that lingering tension that how much this whole thing going to cost.

A good dinner at an expensive restaurant can cost a fortune (even when you split), and boring dinners can sometimes get awkward. In my opinion, the first date should be more interactive and fun, where both the people can get to loosen up a little. So, here are some inexpensive and fun first date ideas, that might help you.

1. Go for a bicycle ride

If the weather is nice and you have/can arrange bicycles, then go for it. It will be fun, there won’t be any awkward silence and you both will enjoy a lot. Cycling is a very underrated pleasure, and both of you will get a chance to open up.

So, before having your dinner, you can plan to cook it together from scratch, to make the whole date more fun. You can plan the menu based on what both people like, and that way you’ll get to know many things about your date.

Believe me, it will be totally worth it. If you and your date, both are gamers, then you can plan a FIFA or Counter Strike; or if both of your like light games, you can go for evergreen Mario or Contra. 😀
