MS Dhoni Gives Teammates A Hummer Ride, Hosts Lavish Dinner In Hometown Ranchi

MS Dhoni is a marvellous cricketer and an even better person. Be it his flexible moves on the field, his charming sense of humour or the way he guides younger team members – everything about him commands respect and serves as an inspiration for an entire generation of sports-loving children. What makes him even more special in the eyes of his fans is that even off the cricket field he maintains an easy camaraderie with the men in blue.

If you follow the game you’ll know that the entire Indian team is in Ranchi at the moment. They’ll be playing the 3rd ODI match against Australia on Friday. Ahead of the match, former skipper MS Dhoni played host to his teammates and made sure that they enjoyed his hometown to the fullest.

First, he picked up Kedar Jadhav and Rishabh Pant from the airport and gave them a ride in his SUV, Hummer 2.

This was followed by a fun evening at his farmhouse in the city.

His wife Sakshi graciously hosted a dreamy dinner at their farmhouse for the team including the coaches, physios and support staff. Isn’t this photo absolute #SquadGoals?

Cricketer Rishabh Pant took to Twitter and jokingly complained, “Bhabhiji ruining our fitness levels,” but also thanked her for the “Super fun evening with fam-jam!”. Kuldeep Yadav said that it was an “Absolute treat to bond with the boys over good food last night!”
