India is home to millions of lanes twisting and turning into by-lanes and gallis. It is not uncommon to get lost in them even when we have the destination address and maps on our phones. Which is probably why we always include nearby landmarks when ordering things online so that the delivery agents find their way to our homes easily.
Twitter user Mangesh Panditrao recently found a delivery label that included a unique instruction, “Mandir ke samne aate hi phone laaga lena mein aa jaunga.”

Then other people shared similar desi addresses including, “Mann lijiye hum nahi rhe tu app landlord ko dedijiye ga,” and “Kya fayda address bhar ke jab hone hi cancel hai.”

@JeffBezos be wondering how would drones in the future deliver such demands 😂

Nothing wrong with unusual instructions if they help ease confusion and facilitate timely delivery, don’t you think?
