A children’s medical center in Fort Worth, Texas also has a similar guideline in place that allows only one parent to accompany their sick child. But that didn’t stop this father from extending his love and support towards his son Aiden who was diagnosed with Acute Lymphocytic Leukemia (ALL) at the beginning of the pandemic, reported The Indian Express.

Every week when Aiden’s mom joins him at the clinic for chemotherapy, his dad, Chuck Yielding, waits outside and dances to cheer the 14-year-old.

In a video shared online by Cook Children’s Medical Center, Chuck can be seen doing his happy dance while Aiden looks at him from the window of his room.

Aiden, 14, was diagnosed with acute lymphocytic leukemia (ALL) toward the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic. Due to visitation restrictions, only one parent or caregiver is allowed into the medical center per patient. Every Tuesday while Aiden’s mom joins him in the clinic for cancer treatment, his dad, Chuck, stands outside and dances to lift Aiden’s spirits.
