You Just Need To Splash Water To See The Beautifully Hidden Poems On Boston Roads. Magical!

Boston is home to many great poets like E.E Cummings and Sylvia Plath. And, if you happen to be in Boston, don’t forget to check out the roads when it rains. No, not for the fragrance, but for the beautiful poetry engraved on the roads!

This project named ‘Raining Poetry‘ was taken up by the City Hall of Boston and collaborated with Massachusetts poetry community. Poetry verses were stenciled onto the city’s concrete roads, only to be revealed when it rains/ someone splashes water.

Watch this video by New York Magazine to see how that magic happens. This project is done to showcase the rich literary side of Boston.

Poets, are you listening?
