Twitter has become quite a useful tool when it comes to getting our politicians to help us as quickly as possible. And they do come forward, like, Suresh Prabhu revolutionising railway woes and Sushma Swaraj coming to the rescue of citizens when in a terrible fix. But this time, Twitter has played a different role.
Shreya Pradip and her ill mother, travelling on an Indigo flight had an encounter with our Aviation Minister, Jayant Sinha. He and his wife gladly helped her out by exchanging seats with her mother, by giving her the XL seats with a better leg room.
After which, Shreya tweeted out her immense gratitude.
@jayantsinha @IndiGo6E Ache din is wen Aviation Minister gives his 1st class seat 2 me n my ill mother, sits in d eco class himself Thnx Sir pic.twitter.com/A8Ys7hJ8Wa

It’s a commendable move by the politician!
She later realised her mistake about the seats as the flight didn’t have a Business class, and relayed the same to everyone on Twitter.
@agrawalakhil seats with more leg space!

Politicians are finally getting the hang of the power social media yields.
