Yoga is an exercise which is highly recommended for any kind of ailment you might be suffering from as it is supposed to cleanse your system and overall strengthen it. However, if you’re like me and struggle with basic ‘Padmasan‘ then you’re at the right place! And if there’s one thing that people who struggle with Yoga love, it’s other people who struggle as well.
So, when I came across comic artist Adriana Rodríguez León, you can be sure I could relate to all her struggles. It all started when the doctor recommended her to exercise and her sister introduced her to Yoga via YouTube tutorials.
She then chose to document her journey in the form of comics and they’ll make you say ‘This is ME’!
1. Oh, wait! My knees are supposed to be straight…Ouch, my back hurts!
2. Can’t. Bend. More. *collapses*
3. Love this pose! Makes me remember how out of shape I am.
4. Just 10 seconds more…
5. NGL I’m pretty good at this! But still can’t do a ‘Padmasan’.
6. Don’t crack your neck FFS!
7. *Falls to the ground and falls asleep there*
8. Why is my foot suddenly so far from my body?

10. Planks (definition): Looks easy till you try to hold it for 30 seconds.

17. I try this 2 times and then give up. Yes I know, I’m super fit!

19. Do not do this after eating, or before, or anytime. Okay, I’m done now.
20. I once fell over backwards while doing this. True story.
21. This is not that bad… except for the sore toes after.
22. Am I doing a yoga pose or am I just breaking my bones? You’ll never know.
