These Hilarious Yoga Struggles Comics Is The Story Of Everyone Who Exercises Once A Year

Yoga is an exercise which is highly recommended for any kind of ailment you might be suffering from as it is supposed to cleanse your system and overall strengthen it. However, if you’re like me and struggle with basic ‘Padmasan‘ then you’re at the right place! And if there’s one thing that people who struggle with Yoga love, it’s other people who struggle as well.

So, when I came across comic artist Adriana Rodríguez León, you can be sure I could relate to all her struggles. It all started when the doctor recommended her to exercise and her sister introduced her to Yoga via YouTube tutorials.

She then chose to document her journey in the form of comics and they’ll make you say ‘This is ME’!

Modified Lunge twist with your kneel down. Day 11. Today I did bedtime yoga. Didn't have time in the morning. And I can tell you for sure that I am going to sleep like a baby xD when I thought that Warrior II was difficult this pose was different in difficulty because I couldn't breath with ease because of the twist. And my butt was feeling numb because I had to maintain the pose (not falling). Lol. Thanks to @adrienelouise for being awesome and for her videos! Warrior II. Day 10. Okay I was doing my daily yoga and I can say that I've been a little tired because I've never in a long time done exercise for more than 2 days straight xD yes… I know I am a lazy ass woman lol. And warrior II just gave me cramps on my legs xD I was praying for it to end… And breathing heavily all the time. Crescent lunge or high lunge. I have to say that yesterday I didn't practice yoga… Guilty. But today is my 14 day of my yoga journey! Yaaay so happy! But in this pose I fell xD it was so damn difficult… I thought it was like Warrior I but that back foot makes the difference between standing still and falling to the ground! Looool. Triangle pose. Sorry for the delay on my yoga poses… I had a lot of work and a convention to attend this weekend. But did my yoga nonetheless. In particular this pose is extremely difficult because you have to maintain balance and it's hard to stay in the pose without pain or feeling a cramp on your lifted arm! 😱 I was like please make this stop! Runner's lunge. I wanted to learn a bit more about this pose and view the foundation of yoga video. And damn it was difficult to do it for a long time! When I tried to do it with my leg extended, my fingers where hurting so much at one point and the I realized I had put so much weight and returned to the "easier" pose (still difficult lol). Tree pose. I can only say that these pose it's about balance and for your core. And you need to stay straight spine, pelvis and neutral knee… Because if you fail in any of them… You colapse and You fail! 😂 my leg kept sliding down my leg…. I need to do it without socks. Locust pose. It's been days because of work that I haven't been doing more than 5-10 minutes yoga every day. And because of that I think it was more difficult this routine. I did this pose almost at the end of it and it was very different… It was not that difficult but the pressure on the stomach made me feel strange, and I burp… But came out with fluid xD omg gross 🤢sorry ahahaha I threw up a little! And felt awful! I ate like an hour and a half before so I never thought something like this would happen xD 😂oh well… I finished my routine and was very relaxed at the end. Low lunge. Hello! Another pose I've been struggling with. I can't help but feel the need to grunt every time the pose takes to long, like when @adrienelouise is describing the benefits of the pose and how you have to make it. Omg I feel like my groin will tear apart 😂😂😂 (sorry for my language) lol its so difficult to stay in pose. And you have to do it in a certain video a lot of times! 😭😱 I didn't expect that.
