Man Tweets About His Misplaced Luggage To IndiGo And They Were ‘Glad To Hear It’. Umm, What?

There are two things you can bet your life on that you’ll find on Twitter — User complaints and casual-to-brutal trolling. And in IndiGo’s case we’re finding both the things at the same time.

It so happened, that Roshan Agarwal tweeted to IndiGo Airlines, sarcastically, pointing to the fact they had sent his luggage on a different flight while he was headed to some other location.

Instead of an empathetic reply, IndiGo’s reply was something you would LOL over.

Automated message gone wrong.

In no time, they got trolled by Tweeple.

1. That precautionary measure should have been taken. #JustSaying

 

2. True that!

 

3. Another victim shared his woes.

 

4. That’s deep, mahn.

 

5. And, this guy asked the right ‘Why’ here.

At least, this guy didn’t have to go through the ‘United’ experience. But, anyway. IndiGo is definitely throwing their automated reply system out. Or at least we hope so!
