Two and a Half Men was an iconic show that ruled our TV screens. The hilarious show gave us the legendary Charlie Sheen until he was fired from the sets for his notorious habits. He was known to be an alcoholic and drug addict. He later came out publically as HIV positive.
According to a Hindustan Times report, Charlie Sheen allegedly raped 13-year-old late child actor Corey Haim. The accusations have been made by a former friend of the child actor, Dominick Brascia, who claims it happened on the sets of movie Lucas when Sheen was 19 years old. He said,
“Haim told me he had sex with Sheen when they filmed Lucas. He told me they smoked pot and had sex. He said they had anal sex. Haim said after it happened Sheen became very cold and rejected him.”
The report also claims that this is only one of more than a hundred accounts against Charlie Sheen on abuse.
A representative for Charlie Sheen says that he categorically denies all these allegations.
Even Haim’s co-star, Corey Feldman promised to uncover Hollywood ‘pedophile ring’. In Feldman’s 2013 biography, he wrote about an incident that Haim shared. Haim told him that he had “allowed himself to be sodomized”, and “had been tricked into engaging in a painful session of anal sex by a man on the movie set.”
Haim had also told him that the man had said sex between men and boys was normal in Hollywood. He said, “all the guys in the entertainment world do it.” The report claims it was Sheen who the statement referred to.
Corey Haim died at the age of 38, in 2010 and his adult life was marked by drug abuse, which Feldman believes stemmed from his stint as a teen actor in Hollywood. The LA Police Department has also opened up an investigation into Feldman’s claims.
This allegation also stemmed from the Harvey Weinstein scandal where over 50 women accused the producer of sexual assault. The domino effect of the scandal has lead to more and more actors opening up about their stories and we are upset that Haim couldn’t get justice while he was still alive.
