Your body is a very complex machine. It can do some incredible things, however, we do not necessarily understand our bodies well enough. How do we combat a brain freeze? Can we consciously make ourselves fall asleep? Questions like these keep me up at night.
This Facebook page, I Love Positive Society, has suggested some very useful “hacks” for our body, which will provide a slightly better insight into this very complex machine:

Our bodies are really complex machines and it’s impossible to understand them completely. However, these hacks could definitely be a sort of beginner’s manual.
