Being a 90’s kid, I know the impact movie ‘Saathiya’ has had on my definition of romance. The movie was a rage back then and you dare not ask why. From Aadi and Suhaani’s cute chemistry to the amazing music almost everything about the movie was oozing the word ‘LOVELY’ out!
And if there is someone who gave me #baegoals, before the slang was even invented, it has to be Vivek Oberoi. With his killer smile and charming expressions, he was simply meant to be titled as ‘the crush of the generation.’
When talking about Vivek and the movie, how could one forget the song that we were humming all around the early 2000’s – O Hum Dum Soniyo Re?
The song had become a youth anthem back then and no wonder how even today, (after 15 years of the movie’s release), it still has the same mast waala impact on us (not to forget the loads of nostalgia it brings along with it)!
And we got to relive the moment all over again when Vivek Oberoi took to the stage at MindRocks (an event by India Today) and grooved on the song we all love. The video is simply killing us with nostalgia and has left us humming the song all over again!
