It’s a victory in every Indian’s household- cricket fan or not, we should be proud of our boys in blue. Why, you ask? Hold on your horses because you’ll be cheering with me for them once you see what the team has achieved.
The boys in the Under-19 cricket team have created history by winning the world cup trophy for the fourth time in a row, beating the Australians.

But one person who deserves the credit for shaping these young boys and taking them towards the big win has to be their proud head coach- Rahul Dravid. Embarrassed by the attention, according to Zee News, he said,

“I am really proud of the boys and the effort they put in. I don’t want to mention names, but everyone in the support staff has put in a great effort.”
And as expected, Indian Twitter today is lifting the trophy along with Dravid and the team. Tweeple just can’t seem to keep calm, and why should they? We’re all elated with these khushi ke aasoon.

19. His humility is astonishing.
Rahul Dravid cracks me up. Speaks during interview about how embarrassed he is sometimes as coach of India U-19 because too much attention is put on him because of his stature rather than the players and support staff. Class act. World cricket needs more of him.
