Reporter Accused Of ‘Overacting’ During Nisarga Coverage While People Walk Normally Behind Him

Yesterday, Mumbai was saved from the wrath of cyclonic storm Nisarga, unlike Alibaug where trees and aluminium sheds over houses got uprooted due to strong winds. Instead, Mumbai faced what is called the “post-cyclone effect” – cloudy skies, continuous rain and occasional thunder this morning, reports Hindustan Times.

However, yesterday, a TV reporter in his coverage of cyclone Nisarga in Mumbai is seen getting swaged by alleged strong winds, while people walked normally behind him.

He struggles to stand still while a woman behind him carries on with her work.

“Hum dekh rahe hai aapke kadam ladkhada rahe hai, khade ho pana bohot mushkil hai,” says another journalist from the studio.

People on the internet are sharing a good laugh while accusing the reporter of “overacting”. Some even pointed out that the trees behind him are still. Others said that since he is in Mumbai, acting toh banta hai!

In Mumbai, anybody can unleash their inner actor once the camera switches on!
