To earn while you travel is ‘the dream’ for most of us. But not all our jobs allow us to make this dream turn into a reality. After all, you can not expect a school teacher to tow students around the world or a fashion designer to carry a sewing machine in the bag. Oh, wait.. fashion designers who lust for travel just got a golden opportunity!
For the ones who define themselves as ‘fashion freaks’ and ‘travel bugs’, here’s a chance you can certainly cash upon.
Jan, a CEO, is looking for a designer who can travel around the world with her making custom outfits for her and matching designs for her two Pomeranians.
In an e-mail to garment-production platform Sewport, Jan wrote, “I am a fashion-conscious CEO with a unique sense of style, that I love expressing. I’m in need of a personal fashion designer, but I spend almost all my time traveling, whether it’s for work or pleasure. Luckily I can afford the privilege of wearing a bespoke wardrobe, and I love knowing that no one else has clothes like mine, but because I’m away a lot, I need someone to travel with me.”
With travel, stay and food expenses, the selected designer would also be paid a lump sum amount of $52,000 (37,16,000 INR approx.). The designer can expect a work log of around 50 hours a weak, making outfits for Jan for attending events ranging from casual dinners to the executive horse race in Dubai. The designer will also have to dress up her two Pomeranians in matching outfits.
