This woman got our country the very first Miss. Universe title. There’s no point in guessing this because she’s none other than Ms Sushmita Sen (Applauses).
Actor. Entrepreneur. Model. Philanthropist. And a doting mother to two beautiful daughters. She has always given us plenty of reasons to adore her, be it the causes she supports, her acting prowess, and oh the way she speaks!
Awwwww. Isn’t she super adorable? Apart from being a strong headed and a brave woman, Sushmita has been giving us some really serious body goals. She is very strict and particular about her diet and NEVER skips her workout sessions.
Her daily workout schedules include power plates and pilates. She also indulges in cardio and crunches to keep her body toned. For a combination of healthy mind, glowing skin and that physique, she also practices Yoga and Pranayama.
