Bollywood actress Sunny Leone’s name has often appeared in numerous goof-ups. For instance, Arnab Goswami once accidentally referred Sunny Deol as Sunny Leone on live TV, or how previously ‘Sunny Leone’ name appeared topping Bihar’s joint engineer’s merit list with 98.5%. And yet, once again, history has repeated itself with another faux-pas involving her name.
As per a report in TOI, Kolkata’s Ashutosh College released their admissions list for the undergraduate course of BA (Hons) in English on Thursday on their website. To everyone’s surprise, the list had Sunny Leone’s name on top, that too with a perfect score of 400 in the best of four subjects in Class XII board examination from the West Bengal Council of Higher Secondary Education. The 39-year old actress joined in on the fun and hilariously reacted to what had happened. She took to her official Twitter handle to tweet her response:-

Times Now reports a college official’s response saying, “It is an act of mischief as someone deliberately submitted a wrong application having typed Leone’s name. We have asked the admission department to correct it. We will also conduct an inquiry into the incident.”
Meanwhile, the college proceeded to rectify the discrepancy and apologized for the same. The mistaken name was changed to ‘ABC’ while the other details including application ID 9513008704, roll number- 207777-6666, and the year of passing 2020, all remained the same. The college is currently inquiring about the matter and has ordered a probe.
