Staying cooped up at a place for days can be quite taxing on our mental and physical well-being. Given the country-wide lockdown due to Covid-19, the situation’s the same for me as well. However, I am handling it pretty well, because I live with a cute little doggo. Pet lovers would agree that these furry companions help us handle loneliness and anxiety really well. Animals are instant mood-boosters!
So, if you are feeling low and are looking for some pick-me-up then here’s a video that is sure to bring a smile on your face.
A Twitter user recently shared an adorable video of a squirrel doing yoga, reports Hindustan Times.
In the clip, the rodent is seen sucking in and releasing his abdomen quickly, resembling one of the yoga asanas known as ‘Kapalbhati’. You can even hear him inhaling and exhaling deep breaths, just like experts do while doing the asana.
Here’s the cute video:

I just can’t get over his cuteness. In fact, my doggo also does a popular yoga pose called the ‘Shavasana’ all the time. LOL!
