The popular term for this is “being skinny fat” and it is not good for you in the long run.

2. It also is a cause of hight blood pressure and heart diseases.

For a long time people took weight as an indicator of fitness, but then scientists came across a phenomenon called Obesity paradox, where obese people outlived thin and skinny people. Scientists probed this problem and found out that having fat around the belly is just as bad as being obese and overweight, because the diseases were linked to both the body types.

But do not fret, because there are efficient ways you can gain muscles and end the problem once and for all.
But before we go through the solution we will look at the probable causes that have led you to have a skinny fat body.
