Men, it seems, are doomed when it comes to sex sexually later in their life.
A new study suggests that older men are at a risk of developing heart problems if they are enjoying sex even once a week.
The risk of them developing a cardiovascular complication is DOUBLED if they have “good sex”.
The new findings go against the popular conception that sex is good for the overall health of a couple. Actually, the higher the pleasure of sex, the greater the chances of risking a heart attack.
The study was conducted by Hui Liu, Associate Professor at Michigan State University in the USA.
Interestingly, the high risk is reversed in the form of good benefits for older women. Which means it is actually beneficial for them in the long run.
Apparently, older men become too frail to have healthy sex. The strain of a good romp in the bed is just too much for them.
The bottom line is, as men get older, they should not get too much action, or too good sex, whichever comes first (no pun intended).
