People legitimately went crazy with an overdose of nostalgia when creators of ‘Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai’ announced that the show will return with all the favorite characters intact.

Now be glad to know that shooting of ‘Sarabhai vs Sarabhai’ will start this month-end! And hold on to your socks! The web series might just get a release in May!

Producer-director Jamnadas Majethia has announced that the cast and crew will start shooting by this month-end and hope to wrap up the shoot by the end of April.

“Shooting will continue all through April. We we are targeting a May release.”

 

The producer admitted that the show is being reprised just because of the widespread demands of the fans to bring it back to life. He also said that the characters will remain the same and the timeline will take a 7-year leap.

“At every public event and even at private functions in the last 10 years, I was always asked when Sarabhai vs Sarabhai was returning. It was public demand which finally compelled us to set aside everything else and concentrate on developing a quality script which lives up to the audience’s expectations.”

 

Another whopper – Roshesh will be getting a new hairstyle! Stylist Alim Hakim tried a new hairstyle with the actor Rajesh Kumar during their script reading sessions last month.

Just imagine the jokes Indravardhan Sarabhai will crack after Roshesh gets his new hairstyle.

It’s going to be a goldmine of laughs.

Just have to wait until May, now. Until then, watching the reruns should suffice.
