‘Sacred Games’, ‘Lust Stories’, Radhika Apte Nominated For Emmys & It’s Time For Celebration

Let’s just start by reminding everyone that the Emmy Awards is probably THE most prestigious award which recognises excellence in the television industry, and for Indian content to get nominated is a HUGE deal!

Let’s just get straight to the point, because we can’t keep calm!

Sacred Games, Lust Stories, and Radhika Apte have been nominated for the 2019 Emmy  Awards.

Directed by Anurag Kashyap and Vikramaditya Motwane, and featuring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Saif Ali Khan in the lead, Sacred Game has been nominated for ‘Best Drama’ in the International Category.

Lust Stories, a four-part anthology directed by Anurag Kashyap, Zoya Akhtar, Karan Johar, and Dibakar Banerjee, has been nominated for ‘Best Miniseries’.

And what can we say about Radhika Apte? She has been nominated for ‘Best Actress’ (Lust Stories) and we couldn’t be happier! After years of working in the film industry, Apte is finally receiving her due to getting recognised for her talent, and how!
