Thieves these days are turning to be funny than scary. Earlier, a thief got stuck inside an ATM between the machine and the wall while trying to steal cash.
This time, a robber had to be rescued after he got stuck in a tunnel he was allegedly digging to rob a bank.
So, this Italian man is suspected to be a part of the gang that was digging a tunnel to make it to the nearby bank, near the Vatican with the intention to rob the cash in it.
However, while they were busy in their act, the tunnel collapsed before they could reach the bank and a guy got trapped in it. Firefighters were immediately called and the man was rescued from the site and taken to the hospital.

According to reports, the gang was burrowing the tunnel underneath an empty shop that was recently rented out. The locals and the resident of the building thought that the new owners were renovating the shop and didn’t pay heed to the digging or suspected anything fishy.
The man who was taken to a hospital was arrested along with three other men.
People online had a good laugh at this epic robbery fail.
