According to reports, Nawaz’s tiny tots are sharing the burden of cleaning Mumbai’s Versova beach, supporting the initiative pioneered by the city lawyer, Afroz Shah which started back in 2015.

The cleaning programme takes place every Sunday and sees volunteers from all over the city. Estimates suggest that last Sunday around 2000 people gathered to clean 160 tonnes of garbage and plant 500 trees.

Nawaz’s brother and a proud uncle took to Twitter and shared the moment in a hope that it will encourage more participation.
