Mumbai Will Be Finally Getting A Monumental Symbol Of Love And It’s Perfect

Mumbaikars would be getting something that they will cherish for their entire lifetime.

This monument of love will find a permanent home in Bandra Reclamation Promenade. The typographical installation named “Love Mumbai” shows the undying love the Mumbaikars have towards the city.

This is a joint effort by Asian Paints and St+art India Foundation, who wanted to create an iconic installation for the city. The collective effort of both the organisations named ‘Love Mumbai’ was on display at Kala Ghoda Arts Festival.

 

With this, the makers decided to make it a permanent installation in the city. An online petition was signed for that, which was led by Humans of Bombay page.

Many people were signing this petition as people saw this as an epic symbol to display their love. The petition gained momentum, and currently, it has 1585 supporters.

 

Finally, Aaditya Thackeray agreed to this and the installation has found a permanent place at Bandra Reclamation Promenade. How awesome is that!

And he also declared that one more sign is under construction, which would glow at night.
