Remember Mizoram’s deputy speaker Lalrinawma who took the social media by storm lately for riding a two-wheeler to work? The minister is famous online for his humane and down to earth nature. He won hearts a few months back when a picture of him riding a bike to work instead of the VVIP red-beacon car went viral.
The man with a kind heart has hit to fame once again and how! Lalrinawma has been elected as the MLA of Tuikam, Mizoram twice. He was recently on his way to visit a village under his constituency where he came across a fallen tree on the road. The tree blocked the road and it was not possible to lift it; the only solution was to cut it down to make way for the traffic.
45-year-old Lalrinawma decided to take the matter into his own hands; picked up an axe and readily got into action. He cleared the blocked road by cutting the tree with an axe himself instead of asking someone else to do it. The video of the entire incident is doing rounds on social media.
