Lady Olenna’s Mic-Drop Moment On ‘Game of Thrones’ Has Made All Go ‘Woaah’

Lady-Olenna-Game-of-Thrones

Disclaimer: The post is dark and full of spoilers, tread carefully.

The third episode of ‘Game of Thrones’ kept fans on the edge throughout the episode and why not? We are seeing each fan theory shape up pretty well (which is a bit predictable and slightly disappointing for me). But anyhoo, it is GoT and we are amazed by each frame.

The episode had twists and turns, and ups and downs. But the highest point for me and fellow GoTians across the globe was when Lady Olenna Tyrell, The Queen of Thorns (and sass), told Jaime Lannister: “I want her to know it was me”.

Damn! It was the best bit of the whole episode. The way she said it. How she calmly and brutally recited Joffrey’s death. And, the internet lost its collective shit.

People are pouring in a lot of reactions over Lady Olenna’s confession and her death ( *cries a bit* ) and we can’t help but agree with each one of them.

1. True that!

2. Dayam, that sass!

4. My heart agrees with this, totally.

5. The conversation was EPIC.

6. She had to sit on the Iron Throne. She had to. 🙁

7. In my head, I had exactly said the same thing.

9. She shouldn’t have. But, then her dignity was on the line.

10. Went Holy Crap, right there.

11. Ditto!

12. *Boom* That was the thunderous mic-drop.

13. In reference to, Joffrey was a c*nt.

14. I remember waiting for her appearance on the show because I knew sass was in store.

15. Might I add, brilliantly?

16. Lady Olenna’s words are ringing in my ears.

17. All hail Lady Olenna of Highgarden!

18. God, Imma gonna miss her so bad.

19. *chugs*

20. You too went all, ‘woaahh’?

21. RIP!

22. Will Jaime be the Queenslayer?

23. Where do I sign up?

Meanwhile, GoTians waiting for the fourth episode: The Spoils of War.

The Queen of Thorns’ sass is one thing everyone would miss. But, this has to go down as the greatest deaths of all time in the history of Game of Thrones.

P.S. Another death prediction comes true.
