This Indonesian Spoof Of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai’s “Tum Paas Aaye” Is Too Good To Be Missed

I still remember the days when my Sundays were all about watching Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol redefine the bond of friendship in Karan Johar’s directorial debut, Kuch Kuch Hota Hai. And I can bet that it was not only me but every other SRK fan who remained glued to Sony Max for an entirety of 3 hours and 5 mins to catch the duo weave their magic.

However, while the romantic blockbuster was released more than two decades ago, three young actors have now come up with a spoof of the song ‘Tum Paas Aaye’ from the film. And trust me, it will take you back to your childhood.

In the video going viral, the three actors who hail from Indonesia donned similar outfits as Rahul (Shah Rukh), Tina (Rani Mukherji), and Anjali (Kajol) wore in the title track and matched them step by step.

Not only that, but each and every scene from the song was recreated keeping in mind all the minute details! And guess what? Our mind is blown.

Needless to say, the video went viral instantly and has been viewed over a whopping 1.2 million times on Twitter. Hailing the trio as genius, people poured in their wishes on the parody!

Come on, it is impossible to match the magic of Shah Rukh Khan and team. But you got to give it up for the Indonesians for an amazing effort at it and for expressing their love for Bollywood. Well done man, we are mighty impressed.
