This Igloo Hotel In Manali Is Every Traveller’s Dream Come True. Summer Blues, Bye Bye!

For long, I have planned trips to my bucket-list locations and cancelled them owing to the daily grind of life. If you have done it too, you know the pain of watching television sell unrealistic travel goals and you’re aware of the travesty to be tempted and teased like that!

I mean have you ever, like me, dreamt of taking off to snow-capped mountains and living in an igloo? I thought so. But fellas, this is not another tease! You can now actually RENT and STAY in an igloo and guess what? You don’t have to go to any foreign land!

Manali in Himachal Pradesh is now home to India’s only Igloo stay and it is a dream come true. Winter-sport specialists, Vikas Kumar and Tashi Dorje of Keylinga Himalayan Adventures, have opened two fully-functional igloos high up on the slopes.

 The igloos are available on twin-sharing basis and come with everything you might need including a warm feather sleeping bags with extra fleece, thick foam mattress and hot water bottles.

 

The official website offers three packages that can be availed at prices that range from INR 6,800 to INR 3,000. The packages come with varied winter sports and activities. Look at the pictures to believe!
