There’s Going To Be A ‘HIMYM’ Spin-Off Called ‘How I Met Your Father’. That’s RIGHT!

Ever had that feeling of deep emptiness when you’re done watching a series finale? Like there’s a massive void at the pit of your stomach. You feel a lack of purpose. Life doesn’t make sense. The entire magical world that you would escape into, for hours at a time, has suddenly been stripped away, crushed and burned. Everything is over.

This was the exact feeling I had at the end of the epic TV show, ‘How I Met Your Mother.’ However, it turns out, the void in the depths of my existence can finally be filled.

Nearly 3 years since Ted finally got together with Robin, there’s a spin-off of HIMYM in the works and it will be called ‘How I Met Your Father.’ Also, the new show will be shot with an entirely new star cast. 

The new show will be told from a female perspective but it will have no connection to the original story and will only share the same basic premise.

Moreover, CBS has roped in executive producers of ‘This Is Us’,  Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger to write the spin-off.

Carter Bays and Craig Thomas, the executive producers of the original series will reprise their roles in the spin-off too.

I cannot wait for the series! I’m sure it’s gonna be….
