France Footballer Bites Opponent’s Penis In Post-Match Fight, Banned For 5 Yrs

Remember how during the 2014 World Cup match between Uruguay and Italy, Luis Suarez bit an opponent and hell broke loose on social media? Hilarious memes and jokes on the incident trended online for a very long time. It was also discovered that that wasn’t the only time Suarez bit an opponent. Similar incidents happened in 2013 and 2010 where Suarez went on a biting spree. However, there seems to be another like Suarez in the making!

According to a report by Mail Online, an amateur footballer has been suspended for 5 years in a local league in France for biting an opponent’s penis.

The incident occurred after a match between Terville and Soetrich. A player from each of these teams started fighting and another player from Terville came in between to separate the two. In the heat of the moment, the Soetrich player went on to bite the peacemaker’s penis, reports Fox Sports.

The victim had to undergo 10 stitches and had to take 4 days off from work.

The incident took place after the match in the stadium car parking space. There was a verbal exchange between the two opponents and things escalated from there.

The accused has been suspended for 5 years for the crime. The injured Terville player has been suspended for 6 months. Allegedly, the blame was “more or less shared”.

However, one question remains – why do some footballers choose to bite their opponents? Guess, we’ll never know!
