Proposals are meant to be special. And you better admit, that almost all of us have thought of proposing our girlfriend or crush in the most perfect way possible. However, not all of them turn out to be successful and can emerge to be an epic fail.
In an incident that took place with a flight attendant of the China Eastern Airlines, the consequences of the act resulted in a brutal loss.
The episode roots back to the month of May, when the attendant’s boyfriend proposed her during the middle of a flight. He went down on his knees, approximately 30 mins after takeoff and pitched in with the all-important question. Flattered by the extraordinary moment, she had accepted the proposal.
But never in her wildest dreams, she could have anticipated what was going to happen next.
According to The Indian Express, the video spread like wildfire on social media and grabbed a significant amount of limelight. On seeing the video, the lady was fired from her job by the board on the grounds of ‘neglecting the passengers’. Reports claim that the company felt that her careless act not only caused a disturbance but left the passengers insecure.
The attendant was sent a letter stating that she had been sacked from her position over the proposal incident that took place in May.
