Dad-Of-Three Astonishes Everyone With His Fuc’inspiring Transformation In Just 6 Months

Yeah, I know 1st January always starts with a ‘new year, new me’ motto. You were hitting the gym, eating healthy and doing everything to keep up the resolution. But the truth is, by around this time, all that has gone down the drain. Binge season is back with a bang!

But these fat to fit photographs are all the motivation you will need to get your ass back on that treadmill.

Meet, Jeremiah Peterson a 39-year-old from Montana who weighed about 127 kgs just six months ago, according to The Independent. He’s a father of three kids and revealed that it was on returning from a backpacking trip with them that he realised a change need to be made. He said,

“Instead of remembering all the good memories we had made on this trip all I can remember is this one thing that kept playing in my head over and over again. I found myself running out of breath and having to take breaks way before my 9, 7, and 6-year-old kids.”

This motivated him to embark on the fitness route. He ditched junk food and the nightly beer drinking habit, dedicating himself to the healthy cause.

👉🏼Yes, that is me!!! The first picture was take August 4th. We had taken a back packing trip to a mountain lake here in Montana. Instead of remembering all the good memories we had made on this trip all I can remember is this one thing that kept playing in my head over and over again. I found myself running out of breath and having to take breaks way before my 9, 7 and 6 year old kids. It's played over and over in my head. I know now that the @1stphorm Transphormation Challenge was the best thing I have ever chosen to do.It has changed everything in my life for the better. The second picture was taken a couple days ago December 23rd. In the first pic I weighed 280 lbs and in the second 198 lbs for a total weight loss of 82lbs. I now can run up those same trails without stopping if I wanted to. I have taken back control of my life and plan on never returning back to that first picture!!!!! 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯💯👉🏼People have been asking me what my nutrition has been in order to achieve my results in the last 150 days. I am an open book. And I want to share so here it is… I am a carnivore through and through. Born and raised in Montana hunting and having a freezer full of venison which is naturally all grass fed for my family's healthy eating habits. My nutrition for the last 150 days closely followed the keto diet guidelines but I like to keep my protein a little higher than what a true keto diet calls for. Proteins I mainly kept to elk, deer, extra lean ground turkey, chicken & turkey breasts, salmon and white fish. I kept my fats high with avocado, coconut oil, grass fed butter, olive oil and almond butter. I tried to keep my carb intake relatively low. Riced sweet potatoes and cauliflower were in almost every meal. I just varied the amount and timed my intake according to my workouts. For greens I ate primarily asparagus, green beans, broccoli and brussel sprouts. If I felt hungry, I ate. I didn't feel restricted at all. I didn't track my macros it was just a trial and error process that I watched closely by weighing in every day and taking tons of selfies to see what was working and what wasn't. But that also doesn't mean I would switch it up right away if I didn't see immediate results. I trusted the process of doing the work and seeing how my body responded. I know this diet isn't for everyone but it's what worked for me. I will continue to eat like this for the foreseeable future. If you have any questions don't hesitate to ask. Part of why I keep making these side by sides is because I want my daily wins to be more powerful. For myself. I think so often people believe that there is a finish line. That once you pass that invisible thresh hold that your world will stay that way, that your bank account will stay at a great number, that you won’t have to think about staying in shape anymore, that you won’t have to think about making your wife fall in love with you everyday like the first day, that you won’t have to keep striving. But that’s bull crap. I want to remember how easy it was to slide down to that and that I have to DO THE WORK to be in the best shape of my life daily. Yes I have goals for later in the year but I have to focus on today. By remembering everyday where I came from and tell myself daily I’m not going back. It would have been really easy to slide into Christmas and New Years just like I always have. But I want more. So no days off. Stay active. Stay hungry. This isn’t just a physical transformation for me. I have some things that I have to do. It’s what I wake up thinking about. What I fall asleep dreaming about. It’s what I want to fight for and NEVER fall back into a timid place of complacency and acceptance. Because God knows I am thankful for all I have. But He also put me here to be great. When you look at this picture on the left you may see a Transphormation that was done to perfection! . What do I see??? . Stretch marks. . Loose Skin Stretch marks and loose skin are what I see and you don’t. I went from size 42 jeans down to size 33 so I knew it was impossible not to get them! . I see where more work has to be done. I see reminders that may never fully go away. . Reminders of how fat I allowed myself to get. . Never again. . I’m okay with the fact that they may never fully go away. I want those reminders of a battle. #battlescars A battle that I lost that fueled me to get to a war that I am winning. Summers in Montana are my favorite because of all the outdoor activities and my entire family always comes out to visit. I have 3 sisters so of course they want to take tons of pictures which I hate normally but this summer was especially uncomfortable. I remember looking through the few pictures I actually agreed to step into and hated how I looked…in every single picture. So I made a decision that that wasn't going to happen anymore. I found the 1st Phorm challenge and few weeks later and knew that would be the napalm to my fire. The picture on the left was taken July 18th. The picture on the right was taken December 23rd. I still see changes that need to be made. I still see where work has to be done. I'm not even close to being done. The thing is now having busted my butt day and night I see how it's reflected and changed my entire life, not just my confidence for pictures. I have a new confidence in my life. 👉🏼In June of this year my wife and kids were riding their bikes to school and one of my sons got a flat tire, my wife called and asked me to come help. . I didn't think anything of it and jumped in the car without my shirt on and went to help. . When I showed up to help my wife and kids were mortified that I hadn't put a shirt on and all the parents and kids where going to see my big fat belly! . I hadn't thought much about my weight gain much until that moment. . I realized in that moment that my family was embarrassed by how fat I was. . That feeling ate at me. . I knew I had to make a change. . I found the My Transphormation Challenge at @1stphorm . I wasn't sure about a challenge though. . I had all the excuses. . I run a business. I have kids. I don't have time to workout. It takes too much focus away from running the business. . What I know now? I know that my health, my strength, my confidence, my dedication, my hard work…ALL reflect deeply into my very excuses and or amply exactly what I love and value the most. . I didn't realize how lazy I had been. . How INACTIVE I was with my family until I became ACTIVE. . How much of a slacker I had been at my own job…my own business. . 👉🏼Today marks 169 days of my Transphormation and Everyone keeps asking me how I’m gonna celebrate my win. . At the gym they keep asking me when I’m gonna kick back and take a day off. . I just shake my head. 👊🏻Because I’m not ready to celebrate. . I’m not done. . I feel like I just began. . I have so much more to ingrain in my psyche and mindset and routines so that I can keep succeeding. Not just on a physical level. But I’m all areas of my life. The money was definitely a blessing…no doubt about that. But I’m not going to waste it. I want to invest it wisely so that financially I can keep winning from that part of the win. I still have bigger goals for where I want to take my physical routines. Routines and habits that become so ingrained that I never fall back to where I was before. . I want to keep learning. . Man. . Yesterday was a day. . I was on the edge of my seat filled with excitement. . All day I kept checking 1st Phorms IG and website. . By 5:30 Montana time I was like man! They aren’t going to post it today. . So I went to workout again to take some of the crazy nerves! . At 7:40 my wife texted me “ahhhhhhhhh you won!!!!” . It was then that I saw my phone lighting up with all the comments of congratulations. . I felt every emotion from shock to gratitude to overwhelmed silence. . While I can honesty say yes I did the work, we all know it takes more than just that. . I have to say I could not have done this without all the instruction and support of the @1st Phorm team and staff and well as the incredible community that the 1st Phorm Phamily lives and breathes daily. . Thinking back over this leg of the journey is surreal. From camping with my family and gasping for breath to keep up to going home and finding a video that @andyfrisella posted. . That video hit home with me. It was him talking about his own struggles with weight. I cried. It was like his voice could have been my voice. That’s when I decided to not just sign up but to really make a lasting change. . My family is my number one REASON. . Because of 1st Phorm I am so much more of a leader and example for them. To not only live out extraordinary lives together but to catapult us all into a stronger more powerful future. . I’ve listened to Andy’s podcast nearly every single day of this transPhormation. Listening to those podcasts gave me direction and a way to define things that I felt in life but I had fallen away from and forgotten. . I can’t thank Andy enough. Because behind every great company-organization-family is a tremendous leader. His passion to better those around him bleeds through every page, podcast and thing that 1st Phorm is and stands for. . I beyond grateful because I know I will win on a daily basis over and over again. This entire thing has changed my life and my family’s life forever. .
