2 Haryana Engineers Quit Job & Open Biryani Stall, Earn More Despite Selling A Plate For ₹70

‘Engineer’s Veg Biryani’. This stall popped up in Haryana after two engineers weren’t satisfied with their job and the money they earned from it. Hence, Rohit and Sachin decided to call it quits and jointly opened a vegetable Biryani business, reported India Today.

Rohit, who was a polytechnic student, and Sachin, who did Btech can now be found selling vegetable biryani in Haryana’s Sonipat.

Talking about their food, the business duo claim that their biryani is oil-free and costs Rs 50 for half plate and Rs 70 for a full plate. The unique taste of their biryani makes it a hot seller earning them huge profits.

Despite doing engineering for 4 to 5 years, these young men claim that they are able to earn much more than what they would with their 9-5 jobs. Hence, they are thinking of expanding their business too.
