2019 started on a joyous note for legendary actor Jeetendra and his family as daughter Ekta Kapoor became a mother on January 27th. The 43-year-old producer followed the footsteps of her brother Tusshar Kapoor and welcomed a baby boy to the family via surrogacy.
Though the pictures of the little munchkin are yet to be revealed, Ekta Kapoor took to Twitter to reveal his name.
Rounding up her emotions in a beautiful post, Ekta termed the happiness of becoming a mother as the best in the world. The writing clearly portrayed the euphoric feeling in the family as Ekta mentioned that the birth of her baby is the solution to her problems.
The newly-born has been named Ravie Kapoor. And guess what? She has named him after her father Jeetendra, whose real name is Ravi Kapoor.

Ekta also thanked her doctor Nandita Palshetkar, for helping her become a mom. It’s been a long 7 years of trying for the filmmaker, who failed to get pregnant even after multiples cycles of IUI and IVF were performed. However, doctor Palshetkar finally helped her succeed with the technique of surrogacy.
