Make Way For Cows. A New Claim Says That Their Dung Can Fight Nuclear Weapons

We were still in the aftermath of the beef ban and then the big bomb of meat ban was dropped on us. We were getting over it and moving on with our lives when the atom bomb of bullshit (Oops, I meant cow dung) exploded.

As The Hindu reports, a latest booklet by Muslim Rashtriya Manch titled Cow and Islam (Gau Aur Islam) has tried to persuade Indian Muslims to give up beef by telling them the biggest advantage that cows can provide. The booklet reports, “Cow dung (Gau mutra) can render the hydrogen bomb and atom bomb ineffective.”

The booklet goes on to explain that the houses and the walls that are painted with cow dung are not affected by radioactivity.

There are several other instances in the booklet that quotes incidents from Mughal history and illustrates how giving up beef led to harmony and peaceful existence of varied faiths.

With no scientific studies that can prove such hidden super powers of cow dung, this magnetic statement is called serious bullshit by many others. (It’s funny how bullshit is an abuse while cow shit is holy, sexist much?)

Some studies done in animal physiology have shown that cow dung was applied on the walls of ancient houses as a natural thermal insulator (it is still commonly done in many Indian villages). It also repels mosquitoes and the fumes of burning cow chips (cow dung cakes) can nullify the effects of toxic fumes of burning noxious swamp gases.

Nonetheless, isn’t radioactivity taking it a bit too far? I am quite sure someone must have come across this path-breaking discovery while creating chemical weapons. For now, if someone comes across this booklet, please send me a copy, I want to see what studies have been done to make this mind-boggling discovery.

Until we come across some solid material (figuratively speaking) to support this claim, please do not put cow dung all over you and run around nuclear weapons. Or do that, just make sure you get it on camera! 😉
