The coronavirus pandemic has taken over our lives. And apart from waiting for the vaccine and taking every necessary precaution to ward-off the virus, we hardly have any other choice. And at a time when people are desperate to keep safe from the invisible enemy, several businesses are trying to cash in on this opportunity.
Recently, a popular stand-up comic and content creator Atul Khatri shared an advertisement of a Mumbai-based real estate company claiming to provide ‘COVID proof homes.’ Atul was quick in sarcastically mocking the company.
Tweeting a picture of the advertisement, he wrote:
These Mumbai builders are so cute na.. pic.twitter.com/1aTeUi4xIS

People only also found the advertisement ‘cute’ and added how builders have been using such ‘catchwords and clauses in advertisements’ to lure customers.
Here’s how they reacted:
Builders everywhere in India are cute!
They add cute catchwords and clauses in advertisements. Mumbai ones can’t take the credit alone. https://t.co/PEAfjAk7xr— Zeeshan Dawood (@Zee_Petrosapien) August 21, 2020
Glad they did not write ONLY 4.35 cr+ . They respected the money in this pandemic.

Well, the builder was surely able to grab a lot of eyes online and advertise his property, because there’s no such thing as bad publicity. LOL!
