Remember how as kids, our parents, especially our moms wouldn’t believe when we said we’re sick? They would instead believe that we’re faking sickness to avoid school. I mean, what is this behavior?
And if we, by mistake, let a smile appear on our face or laughed at something really funny, or even picked up our phones to see the time, they would infer that we got better and would make us do housework. Am I right, or am I right?
It’s annoying AF!
People on the internet have been talking about being sick in an ethnic household and it is our entire childhood in a few tweets! Have a look:
In ethnic households if you laugh while being sick, ur no longer sick

I agree that many times we have faked illness to miss school, but imagine walking up to a god-have-mercy stomach-ache and your mom doesn’t believe and you are just sitting in your bed like…
Janta maaf nahi karengi!
