Are you from the gang of movie lovers who simply love motion pictures animated, like me? Oh, Hi10, buddy. ? I’m basically repeating myself, when I say this, that I prefer animated movies over the usual motion pictures. And, luckily I also have found takers for my thoughts.

My friend Stu, here, watches all animated movies with me and I goes bananas over it. Eh, quite literally.

While Stu and I have watched all these animated movies of 2017, we can’t wait to watch the ones coming out in 2018. And they are…

1. The Incredibles 2

Jack-Jack has powerrsssss. Whee! That was loud. Our superhero family is coming back after 14 years and how do you think we will keep calm? Lending their voices are Holly Hunter, Craig T. Nelson, Sarah Vowell and Samuel L. Jackson.

2. Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation

Johnny, Mavis and Count Dracula are taking a summer vacation this time and we’re gonna go crusin’ with them all. Voiced by Adam Sandler, Andy Samberg, Selena Gomez, and a host of celebrities, July is the time we are going to have more than the usual amount of fun.

3. Sherlock Gnomes

Sequel to Gnomeo & Juliet, this animated movie starring gnomes will hear voices of James McAvoy, Emily Blunt and Johnny Depp. Johnny is our Mr. Holmes and there are umpteen references you’ll love. No-ship Sherlock!

4. Early Man

Eddie Redmayne, Tom Hiddleston, Maisie Williams are our great, great, great, great…..phew….great, great…ancestors. And, we are totally loving the stone age-bronze age tale they are bringing to us. The trailer is cute AF and I’m sure you will love the film as well.

5. Peter Rabbit

Not the Peter Rabbit you sang about in those nursery rhymes, tho. This is Peter in the live-action animated film starring Domhnall Gleeson, Rose Byrne and Sam Neill and being voiced by James Corden (Peter), Daisy Ridley, Margot Robbie, Elizabeth Debicki and Sia. Both Peter and Gleeson’s character are fighting for the affections of a kind animal lover who lives next door.

6. Isle of Dogs

Written and directed by Wes Anderson, this animation film has lessons to hand out. It is inspired by films of Akira Kurosawa. The voice cast includes Bryan Cranston, Edward Norton, Bill Murray, Jeff Goldblum, and Bob Balaban among MANY more.

7. Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse

Woah! He’s not the only Spider-Man. After the death of Peter Parker, Miles Morales juggles between his high school life and his status as a superhero. And, is it easy? Well, we’ll find that out. But the trailer was wowza, for sure!

8. Duck Duck Goose

A gander amidst the ducks. So, how is that going to pan out? Well, let this Jim Gaffigan, Zendaya and Carl Reiner voiced film pan out. P.S. It’s cute, tho.

9. The Grinch

Based on Dr. Seuss’s How Grinch Stole Christmas, the 2018 film will have none other than Mr. Benedict Cumberbatch voice Grinch. Umm, Christmas next year is indeed very merry. Can’t wait! 😀

10. Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2

Sequel to the 2012 film, this time Ralph is taking on the Internet and there’s an adventure in store. How that goes? Let’s wait and see.

This American-Spanish animated feature will see, err, hear the voices of John Krasinski, Emily Blunt, Danny DeVito, Ian McKellen, Sylvester Stallone, Raven-Symoné, Patrick Warburton and Wallace Shawn. Like, do you need more convincing to watch this! *eye rolls*

14. Arctic Justice: Thunder Squad

It has Jeremy Renner, James Franco, Alec Baldwin, Heidi Klum, Anjelica Huston, Michael Madsen, John Cleese, Omar Sy and Laurie Holden. Do you still wanna not see this? Will Swifty the Arctic fox prove himself worthy of being a Top Dog? We sure hope, he does.

15. Madagascar 4
