“She gets very violent when angry and throws stuff at me. So far in last 14 odd years she has hit me with a water bottle on my head that left a scar, she spit on me, hit me with chappals , threw countless things at me including a brand new laptop – to the point where I started to hide/remove heavy items from easily reachable area (sic).”

He went on to seek advice on how to handle the situation because they also have a child. Calling his wife an “ego maniac”, the man wrote:

“I am very well off financially and given her all freedom. She works as well. She does not care about any of my relatives including my own siblings but expects me to do everything for her side of family. I don’t know how to get out of this situation given we have a kid. I am fed up with this life. What can I do? (sic)”
