Adil hoped to shatter the earlier record of cycling across the country in eight days, seven hours, and 38 minutes that was held by a 17-year-old named Om Hitendra Mahajan from Nashik, Maharashtra, say reports.
Adil, who embarked on this difficult journey on March 22, 2021, from the Clock Tower at Lal Chowk, Srinagar, cycled the same distance in 8 days, 1 hr, and 30 minutes and reached Kanyakumari this morning at 8:30 am, reported Kashmir Mirror.
According to him, he has reportedly broken the Guinness record and can be seen celebrating his feat with his crew and well-wishers. However, the international association is yet to officially declare him the winner.
