Yuvraj Singh Pulling Shoaib Akhtar’s Leg Like A True Punjabi Has Twitter Going Balle Balle!

If cricket is a religion, then India and Pakistan are two different religious ideologies of worshiping the same God. While it’s always a rather intense emotional roller-coaster to watch the Men in Blue face off with the Men in Green, it’s quite interesting to see them interact off-field. Will it stay fun and casual? Will it get messy? You never know! Well, I believe a little friendly trolling happened last night between Shoaib Akhtar and Yuvraj Singh!

So what did the Rawalpindi Express do this time? Nothing phenomenal, actually!

Shoaib Akhtar simply tweeted a motivational quote on Twitter. The quote, by Dwayne The Rock Johnson, was about ambition and hard work and including a picture of himself, with some kind of helmet in hand.

#Okay #WhatsTheProblem #ItsJustAQuote #Right?

Apparently, he does this quite often, sharing motivational quotes by famous personalities in this format, with a picture of himself next to it.

Well, our very own six-six hitter, livewire and the cutest devar to all his phabies, Yuvraj Singh had a very important question to ask about Akhtar’s tweet!

LOL! If you’re wondering what that meant, look again at Akhtar’s tweet and carefully notice the gloves and the helmet he’s holding!

Full points to Yuvi for his remarkable powers of observation and that bang on question! We didn’t realise we wanted to ask the same question until he asked it!

Twitter applauded Yuvraj Singh’s funny take on Akhtar’s tweet and even offered some of their own ideas as to where the Rawalpindi Express could be headed!

1. Will he celebrate this time next year as his Happy Welding Anniversary? #DadJoke #OkaySorry

2. Indian-Pakistan: Arre bhai bhai bhai bhai!

3. Pehle kyun nahi bataya?

 4. Ay ki kitta, Yuvi!

5. Bouncer!

6. And a yorker too!

7. Six Sixes 4eva!

8. God bol diya!

9. Mubarakan, Yuvi paji!

10. Comedy Tweets With Yuvi sounds like a perfectly good idea to me, TBH!

I ardently hope Shoaib Akhtar has some tadakta-fadakta reply to Yuvi’s question and the fun banter continues!

Sure, there were some haters from both sides of the border tweeting insults rather than trying to revel in the fun of it all. But haters gonna hate, potatoes gonna potate. So let’s not give much thought or read too much into such things.

Rather, focus on yet another heart-warming observation made by a Twitter user:
