Sleep -a word that automatically takes me to a world where everything is covered with soft white fur, where the temperature is just perfect to roll into a fluffy blanket, on a mattress made for me. Where there aren’t any mosquitoes to interrupt my sleep and I can (without worrying about waking up early) doze off into dreamland like Rip Van Winkle.
But, here I am waking up every morning wondering, ‘aaj boss ko koi bahana maardu?’ and ‘paise cut jaenge toh bill kaise bharungi?’ And then, I have to leave my dreamland and come back to reality. But today is the day for everyone like me who loves sleeping more than anything else, it’s ‘World Sleep Day’.
For the uninitiated, ‘World Sleep Day’ is observed every year on March 13 to celebrate the importance of good sleep, reported NDTV.
Finally My day came

Even though some of us couldn’t celebrate the day by lying on the bed all day in our comfy pyjamas, how about a snooze-fest over the weekend? Also, remember to snooze for eight hours (or more) regularly, as it can help you sleep your way to good health!
