The World’s Biggest Underwater Restaurant Has Opened In Norway And The Pictures Are Stunning!

When we eat a meal, the task engages all 5 of our senses. First, we see the food. Then comes the smell, feel or texture. Taking a bite out of it involves the sense of taste and we also listen to its crunch. Apart from all this, the ambience or setting of the place where we eat food also influences the overall experience.

And this restaurant named “Under” which recently opened in Lindesnes, Norway has the best views! It is Europe’s first and the world’s biggest underwater restaurant.

There are 16 chefs from Michelin restaurants who prepare high-quality meals for everyone. In addition, the restaurant also doubles up as a research centre for studying the surrounding marine life.

Architecturally speaking, the designers made sure that it could withstand sea pressure. Another fascinating feature is that the structure is half-sunken into the sea.

Kudos to the designers and architects that made “Under” in such a fashion that people can enjoy underwater, over the seabed and also between land and sea!
