Yo, fitness freaks!
You think you have it all under control, don’t you? Apparently, you don’t so cool your jets. Some things that you do every day and seem completely normal to you and thought have no connection to your weight whatsoever, are actually making you fatter.
Here are a few of them that can start avoiding instantly!
1. Drinking carbonated drinks. Especially the diet ones.
2. Sleeping too much or just too little.
3. Skipping basic meals of the day like breakfast, lunch or dinner.
4. Eating too quickly and taking large bites of your food.
5. Watching too much TV and becoming a couch potato.
6. Not drinking enough water throughout the day.
7. Avoiding all kinds of fats altogether.
8. Drinking water out of plastic containers. Specially reusing bottled water bottles.
9. Not relaxing after work.
10. Staying way too late at work and not leaving time for anything else.
11. Sleeping with the lights on.
12. Shopping for groceries without a specified list. Or buying way more than that was there on the list.
13. Keeping your rooms constantly warm.
14. Stressing yourself out too much than necessary.
15. Eating while standing up.
