‘There Is Extreme Intolerance In India,’ Says SRK. Ready To Return Awards If Needed.

Joining the bandwagon of many people, Shah Rukh Khan believes that there is extreme growing intolerance in our country today.

This is what Shah Rukh Khan said when he was asked about communalism:

“People put words in the air even before thinking. Intolerance religiously…not being secular in this country is the worst crime you can do as a patriot.”

On being asked whether he will return his awards if the situation arises, this is what he came up with:

“I have not been in a situation like that. But I respect the people. If they think this gesture is going to turn things around, it is very brave, very honest.”

 
No one can question his patriotism. Absolutely, no one. But, is he going to return all his awards?
